Dana Armstrong, Executive Director / founder, her passion has always been teaching. Dana holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Education and a M.A. in Theatre Education and Outreach from the University of Arizona. She worked for 10 years with the Live Theatre Workshop, as the Director of Education as well as a Director, Actor, and Stage Manager. She was the site manager and Theatre Instructor for Project Shine, an after-school project placed in four low performing schools in order to raise their reading and math skills. She has worked in a number of schools providing workshops, classes, and full after-school curriculum in the arts. Her teaching philosophy includes a passion for lifelong learning, fun and acceptance in the classroom while creating rich theatre experiences that balance structure and high expectations, with fun and performance.

 

 

Kevin Lucero Less, Creator / Director of IAA Films, with over 20+ years of professional motion picture, television, and stage experience. he graduated BA from the american academy of dramatic arts los angeles california, and was invited into the prestigious conservatory company in 1999. he also graduated BFA summa cum laude honors from the university of arizona school of art in 2003, graduate CMT with distinction from the touch therapy institute at the notional holistic institute Los angeles in 2001, graduate Certification Line Producer from the hollywood film institute in 2013. Further fine art studies at University of colorado, san francisco state university, metropolitan state university, butte college, and pima college.
