Conservatory Company, is geared towards ages 5-12 [ Thursdays 5-8 pM / Saturdays 9-12 PM ] and our Repertory Company, is designed for ages 13+ [ Thursdays 5-8 PM / Saturdays 1-4 PM ] both of whom will learn and perform a full Stage production with costumes, scenery, and lighting.

Teen Summer Musical Theatre Intensive, Ages 13+ [ Monday - Saturdays 10:00 AM-6 PMAn Intensive Musical Theatre Performance Experience.  Teens will rehearse a fully produced production of the Stephen Sondheim musical "Into the Woods, Jr." with professional-quality performances at the end of the session.  All teens receive a role in the show. Weekly immersion of vocal, dance, acting training and specialty intensives.

 

 

IAA Films, ages 10+ [ Sundays 3-6 PM / First Mondays 5-8 PM / One Weekend Friday-Sunday ] produces an original hands on feature length film, shooting on the IAA Sound Stage and off campus in and around the city of Chicago. Students have full access to an HD camera, professional sound and lighting equipment and other motion picture equipment and facilities.

Feature Film Editing, Ages 10+ [ Sundays 12-3 PM ] guides IAA Film Grad Students through editing, where they will learn the fine points of cutting a feature length film.

Teen Summer Film Intensive, Ages 13+ [ August 2-19 Mondays + Wednesdays 4:30-8:30 PM / Saturdays 10 AM-6 PM ] for students who are not interested in the musical Theatre Portion of summer camp, catered toward a more intensive motion picture experience, including campers working on a film performed, written, edited, co-produced and directed by the campers.

LOOK!  Two NEW Teen Only Specialty INTENSIVES!

Summer Camp, at Infinity Arts Academy is a truly enriching summer experience. Students ages 5-17 will be taught foundations in THEATRE and FILM, combining MUSIC, DANCE, and ACTING. In addition to learning a strong foundation in each discipline, the students work together to prepare a cabaret-style stage performance at the end of each session, as well as participate in a short film project either as an actor or crew member. Each session will be themed and utilize songs and dialogue from the musical theatre world as well as plays and film. All ages will be working together in one group unless numbers are great enough for us to break into two separate age groups.

 

[ NEW ] Teen Film Intensive An Intensive Motion Picture Experience, teens will Work On An Original Film that is Performed, Written, Edited, Co-Produced And Directed By The Filmmakers.

We offer Five Camp sessions, and Two Intensives throughout the summer.

Camp sessions 1 - 5 run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Intensive Session 6 runs Monday + Wednesday 4:30 p.M. - 8:30 p.M., and saturday 10:00 a.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Intensive Session 7 Runs Monday - Saturday 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.

We have partnered with William Hatch Elementary School in Oak Park for the past 9 years. Our newest school partners are St. Giles School, Ogden Avenue, and Forest Road. We are thrilled to be working with them! We provide performing arts after-school programming to children grades K-8 culminating in a full-stage production. Infinity Arts Academy is also proud to have a working partnership with DePaul College Prep.
